Loved AH Art Hotel, would highly recommend. Perfect location in an incredible city.

Location was perfect. 1 minute walk to Placa Major. Central Palma close to La Rambla. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in outdoor courtyard.

Not much to mention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some slight maintenance issues in the bathroom, window wouldn't close properly and a slightly leaky sink. nothing that affected our stay.

Great stay, would certainly go back.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the old town. The staff were really helpful and friendly, as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, with very little street noise, despite over looking the road outside - we slept well. Breakfast was entirely adequate, did us perfectly.

No complaints at all.

Wonderful

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Large room for a city centre hotel (we were in room 1, first floor)

Room cleaning was a bit haphazard. Bins not emptied, dirty cups not replaced.

Lovely Art Hotel in Palma

This is the fourth time I stay on this hotel, Very good location. Very nice staff, nice rooms and a good brekfast. I will go to this hotel in Februari with my grandchild. I will allways use this hotel when I visit Palma.

Amazing reception staff, great location, comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast.

Amazing location, breakfast and staff.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss I think they might have been a bit short staffed. Nothing serious though.

Wonderful

Excellent stay in this charming hotel. Great staff, extensive breakfast, very nice and spacious room and most of all quiet, even if we were on the streetside and the hotel is located quite close to the main square.

Bathroom is in comparison with the rest of the room rather small (but certainly still big enough for two persons) and shower did not drain that well.

Palma is a fantastic place, lots to see, great shopping, enjoyed as a city break.

Location was perfect, staff were very nice, helpful. Maria the receptionist was fantastic, made us feel very welcome.

A couple of issues with the bathroom, leak under wash basin & broken toilet seat.

Everything great to a high standard.

The location is excellent, easy walking distance to main attractions. We had a superior room which was superb, with lovely antique furniture and paintings. The breakfast was also superb with everything you could wish for including made to order omelettes. A special mention to Juliette on reception where nothing was too much trouble .

There was nothing to dislike. A very nice hotel with excellent staff.

Fantastic stay & if we are back in palma or have friends going this is were I’d tell them to stay

the generosity of spirit of the staff and management was amazing.

3pm is quite a late check in ! but they accommodated us other than that - absolutely perfect. the room was delightful and just as pictured

Excellent stay in Palma

Excellent location at the heart of Palma. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The hotel is in a beautiful building, with limited number of guests. Personnel was always welcoming and cheerful.

Just a minor comment. Breakfast was a bit limited in comparison to the rest of the offer. Some more choices would have been great.
